CONTRIBUTOR'S PUBLISHING AGREEMENT (DRAFT)

It is our preferred practice to ask authors of a contributed work to give permission for its worldwide publication for the full term of your copyright. We would be grateful if you could confirm acceptance for the publication of your work in Proceedings of Business Objects Design workshop held at OOPSLA'96 and 97, by signing and returning this agreement. You will retain your copyright, but simply provides the editors permission to publish your paper.

If excerpts from other copyrighted works are included, you should obtain written permission from their copyright owners if necessary, and in any event show credit for the sources in the work.

If it is appropriate, the author's employer may sign this agreement.

If the author is a US government employee and this work was written in that capacity this agreement applies only to the extent allowable by US law.

If the work was prepared jointly, the author who signs this agreement confirms that all co-authors agree to the terms stated here, and have given authority for this agreement to be signed on their behalf.

Subject to the qualification above, I grant a royalty free licence to the editors to include the above work for publication in Proceedings of Business Object Design Workshop '96 and 97. I warrant that the work is original (and has not been published before, except as an internal report), and contains no libellous or unlawful statements, and does not infringe the rights of others.
